An Act to exempt Isaac Collins, and four Workmen to be employed in his Printing-Office, from actual Service in the Militia : manuscript, 1777 Dec. 9, Trenton.

Collins requested exemption from service in order to fulfill his duties as official printer of the state laws and his contract to print and publish a weekly newspaper. Signed by John Stevens, President of the Council, and John Hart, Speaker of the House and signer of the Declaration of Independence.
